some learning reflections from the staff and pupils.
Today Mr Pugh's math's set were learning about data and how to collect it. we were asked to write a question that we could collect data bye.Bye a tally chart/bar chart/line gragh/picture gram/ven diagram and caral diagram.
My question was, How many people support Queens Park Rangers. The way to collect that data is to go round the class with a tally or go round with a tally and make it into a bar chart.
If you can, reply and say if you have ever collected data in numeracy.

Hi Everyone, Its Rebecca, Sunday was excellent when we went to the Royal Albert Hall. We saw the Gerkin which looked like a long Gerkin. We saw Big Ben and at 10 o,clock Big Ben DONGED really loud. Our presenter was Sid from the TV show Cbeebies and he was really funny. Mrs Eden Blacker looked really preety and she shone that night. The end song I didn't now at all and so I pretended it was so funny.
hello everybody!
I am going to talk to you about the Royal Albert Hall. First eeryone in choir got on the coach to London and we saw the London Eye and Big Ben. When we were aloud to go into the hall the choir went into are dressing room for rehersals. Miss Edon Baker met us and she was so nice and funny. Then we started singing and doing actions. My favourite song has to be Be Prepared in the Lion King Medley because it makes be when we have to say as wet as a warthogs backside!
When we did the real performance I was shaking becoause we only had a lilltle amount of time to learn the actions but I really enjoyed it. My Dad, Nan and Sister watched me and they said they enjoyed it aswell:-)
then we left on the coach I fell asleep and Mr Kyriacou woke me up.
I really loved that expierence and I hope all of choir did to.

Yesterday on Sunday, Kings Road Choir went to the Royal Albert Hall in London! It was an amazing experience! first of all we went into our dressing rooms and after that we went for our first rehearsal in the Albert Hall it was the best! Later on after we had had our Lunch and Tea we changed into our t-shirts which had a lovely picture on it that was drawn by Lara, well done! I was very excited when we walked onto the stage hearing all the audience clapping, after we had preformed our 18 songs including a Joseph Medley, Let It Shine from Take That and lots more! we got on the coach to leave Albert Hall at around 9:45 and arrived back at school at 12:00!
It was a lovely day, Thank You Very, Very, Very much.

Here is what it looks like on the outside and the inside.
Thank you very, very, very, very much for the wonderful day out! :-) I am very grateful for the day out.

Hello my name is Megan and I would like to say well done to Mr Furness who got the job as the deputy head! I am very excited because I'm sure we'll have so much fun just like were having with Mrs Woolmer. Although it means he won't be our year 6 teacher it still means we can have lots of fun like in assemblies by using his I.C.T skills. It also probably means that when and if he comes to teach for a bit we could use the mac books. Well done Mr Furness!
The best thing is that now your a celebrity with me we can practise our autographs! LET'S GET PRACTISING!
WELL DONE!
:-)

Hi,
On the Monday 13th October we went to the BioDome in Montreal. There are four sections in the dome they are Tropical Forest, Polar World, St.Lawrence Marine Eco-system and the Laurentian Forest. In each section there were both plants and animals. We saw lots of different birds, bats, beavers, monkeys, penguins, puffins, fish, starfish, otters and much much more, all these animals were in their own habitat and we were especially lucky to see the beavers swimming on the top and under the water. bye from THOMAS

Bonjour or Hello from Montreal in Canada, My 2 days in Niagara Falls were unbelievable on our first day we went on the maid of the mist which is a big boat that carries tourists into the base of the falls. It was brilliant at Buffalo Falls there was a fine mist and we got wet and as we turned in to the Niagara Horseshoe Falls there was a heavy mist and lots of noise. Then suddenly we got soaked and you couldn't see anything or hear anything. It was brilliant.
The next day we went to Niagara on the Lake, which is a small town about 10 kilometres outside the falls, it is really friendly they had a lot of seating in there high street and places to see. We walked down to the lake which had a bandstand as a viewing point the lake is so big you can fit England inside it easily.
