Help Mr Furness

I am trying to upload a picture of my own and it keeps asking me for a URL.  Can you help please?

Bon soir Brook,

When you click on the little picture icon

it brings up a window like the one below...

 

Choose the tab, Upload at the top of the window.

Press the 'Choose File' button to find the picture that you want to upload from your computer. Press the button 'Send it to the Server'

Thanks but after I click on the picture symbol and the upload tab, we get a screen that says 'Upload' and 'Browse' not 'Choose file'.  It then asks us to for the image URL.  Can you help?

Hi Brook,

This is very odd. I'm not quite sure why you are seeing a different screen to me? Can you try logging in as 'jf9 pupil' and see if you get the same?

If you do, I would suggest changing the web browser software that you are using. Try FireFox (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/) or Flock (http://www.flock.com/) instead?
