some learning reflections from the staff and pupils.
Hello everyone!
My name is Sally and I am a sunflower. I have been sitting in a very dark place, all on my own , feeling very lonely and a little bit scared. But now I have grown until I have reached the light and I realise that I am in a small cup on a window sill.
Apparently, I am in Mrs Leslie's house. She bought me at your school's Enterprise Week sale and I have been entered into a competition for the tallest sunflower. I hope I win because Mrs Leslie says that we will get an enormous Easter Egg as a prize!!!
Well, I am now 8cm tall and I am very happy here. I'm sitting near to a computer so I get lots of visitors and sometimes I get some water to drink.
I know that there are some more sunflowers out there - one is called Eddy - so I was wondering if they might be able to tell me how they are getting on?

Well, I've only just been put into my snug little pot because my owner has been rather busy lately. I am warm however, as I had a warm warm before being gently pushed beneath the soil. I think I had a bath to soften my skin and help me break out and grow more quickly.
I am now in a propagator, which is like laying on top of a bed with an electric blanket warming my bottom!
Like Lewis Hamilton in the Grand Prix today, I am starting behind everyone else, but I soon hope to catch up.
I have heard rumours about an enormous Easter Egg as a prize too but I think it was just a rumour. ;-)
Good luck everyone!
