Yesterday we went to the beach it was lovely I think it was to lovely because I got sun burnt. We found loads of shark teeth. (How many did u find) Today we are going on the field to have bike faces tee hee. I am going to win them all lol. :)

Anyway got to go I will keep you posted tomoz and have a good journey home. I think you will all sleep you look well, tired in all the pictures.

Today year 6 went to walton on the naze. it was fab. first of all we were just allowed to paddle and play around and start our sandcastles if we wanted to. you could do what ever we wanted to. After lunch we went back on the beach and had a game of rounders if we wanted to. Then we got an ice cream and went fossel hunting. I was the first to find a shark tooth. When we got back we found that our sandcastles had been stood on. Then we packed up and went home. The best thing is that we didn't have to do any work. WOW! the best

 As you all know i am egg race champion 2008 it was a great experence racing againt's other people in the class.i used my imagination to create my wonderful buggy which of course won the race.

It is lovely to hear from you. Today we are going to Walton-On-The-Naze (Gina and Kerry will know where I mean lol) To build sandcastles and to look for sharks teeth, I bet we will find more sharks teeth than you.

today we are going to the beach (walton on the naze) and we are going to try and beat the sand castles you made. even though yours are excellent and ours are gona be better. missin you loads

Hey everyone,

Today the activity week people had different problems to solve. For most of the day I was paired up with Tiah.

First of all we had to stand on a piece of paper and turn it over without touching the floor. If you touch the floor you are out. Can you guess who won? It was me and Tiah. After that we had to get from one side of the playground to other. It was quite difficult. But we still won. After that we had to do it again but this time we had an A3 peice of paper. (So much easier!) We also won that aswell. Then we had to get into groups of two (boys and  girls) and we had to get to the other side of the hall, not touching the floor, just with benches and the girls won that one aswell. After that we had to do the Fox Grain and Chicken thing were you're not allowed to leave something that can eat the other thing together and my group won that one aswell. Then it was lunch and then after lunch we had to make buggys.

In the buggy's we had to run to oneside of the playground to the other whilst holding the egg in the buggy and trying not to smash it. unfortunetly we did not win :(.

In this year's egg race Keiran was a deseved winner with a time of 4.24 seconds, his closest challengers being Megan,Millie and Tiah in second and Sian in third.

Despite a closely contested event there was one messy competitor. When the back back wheels fell off Dale and Reece's buggy there was only one outcome,egg everywhere.

Well done to all this years competitors and especially the well designed winner.

If there is anybody who has not registered there interest in the junior referee course, can you please let me know immediately. We only have three names at the moment.

Yesterday evening Layla from Year 5 came second at district sports with a magnificent leap of 341cm. The last round jump propelled her from 5th place to second to gain Kings Rd valuable points.

All the children aquitted themselves well with Brook coming a valiant 6th against boys two years older than himself. Jamie and Courtney managed 5th place finishes in the throwing.

Aaron and Chloe performed personal bests in the high jump with 109 and 106cm respectively(awaiting finishing positions).

The event did not finish without injury though as Kings Rd legend Mr Pugh sustained a nasty thigh strain whilst measuring the girls long jump. Mr Pugh (currently leading Mr Disley 13-5 on trophies) was heard to have said he wished he had warmed up first. A lesson to us all.

yesterday was so cool i was in mille,tiah,megs and me.[Sian]the first thing we did was look at some minibeast then we look at apes we learnt what the differt beetween a monkey and apes.

Hey everyone.

 Yesterday we went to the zoo. We had some talks about different things. The first was about minibeasts. The second was about apes.

Then it was lunch. After lunch we had to go in our groups and look for 10 things. I was in a group with Tiah, Megan, Sian and Me (Millie). Here are some of the things we had to find:

Crisp packet (extra point for cheese and onoin),

Two animals together in the same photo (extra point for three),

A bird flying,

Something funny,

A beautiful photo including something to do with water,

A photo of someone else from a different group without them knowing,

A reflection.

Sorry, I can't remember any of the others.

After we got all those my mum (Millie's mum Stephanie).

After we had our ice lolly we just wondered arounds and then met at the Gift shop at ten past two.

Hi everyone. This is our day out when we went to the zoo

it started off we came out of school went on the yellow bus and sang all the way to the zoo'(to be honest i think we got on Mr pughs nervs lol then after we got our tickets and went through and then had a look at the animals 4 15 mins and then we went to go see a women which done minibeast and she brought 3 diffrent spesies they were stick insets and african snail & cockroach and then after that we touched the animals and some held them and then we finished and walked out the door and washed our hands then we done hanging about which the women showed us some animals apes and chimanzes and then after we saw the animals we had lunch that took 30 mins and then we had to do a task we had to find 10 things which were a crisp paket and flying bird running animal butiful water pic someone from another group without them noing a funny pic and two diffrent spesies running and thats all i remeber lol well g2g now i miss you all so much cant wait till you come back

We are having a great time.Yesterday we went to colchester zoo we had to find 10 things and the most disgusting one was animal droppings.

By the way loved the wetsuits lol.Let me know how the talent show turns out.

When we went to colchester zoo it was a lovely experience looking at the amazing animal's. it's changed since i went there last time.You should realy go

we are all missing you and we went to the zoo yesterday and was really good me and chloe feed the girffes and we had ice cream.then we saw the penguins . i really wanted to feed the penguins.one penguin swam up to the glass and pretended to bit me. we were all tierd,sweting by the end of the day .say hiya to emma,leah,emily and say to them all that i miss them loads and loads. have a good time and see you on monday bye bye really missing you xxx
