Wishing you all a very merry chrismas at Kings Road School.
What a great idea to have an on-line advent calendar but I am still waiting for a chocolate to drop out of my computer!!
I live not far away. Only about a couple of miles up the road actually. I know your school because my dad went there but quite a long time ago. He is now 67 so you can work that one out! There may even be some photographs of him as he was on the school football team with that famous ex-pupil Sir Geoff Hurst.

What a fantastic idea! Things have moved on since I was making Advent Calendar with my classes but I'm please4d to see that the art work is still the children's. love the picture behind today's wall. I saw the new advent calenders been put up.I opened up the first door. Danni who's in CN6 Danni's picture is great! I saw a reindeer in it he had a lovely big red nose! She added a lot of detail! I can't wait till tomorrow the 2nd of December! I always love seeing another bit of art!

Downunder, here in New Zealand, I'm thinking it might just snow at Christmas time here too because summer doesn't seem to want to hang around for long. I think it's waiting until February when we'll all be back at school, after our long holiday.
I love all your pictures and comic strips. I'll put a link in my online programme so my students can have a look.

I am so impressed with the Advent Calendar. My name is Lesley Drakeford and I am from the Correspondence School in Wellington. Christmas is my favourite time of the year and I would imagine that Jenny Craig will make a lot of money out of me after Christmas after I have overeaten all the yummy food.
