![]() Hi my name is Megan, I hope you all remember me as I left in July, I didn't know what to put in the group so I'm still going to be in AK14 :) This time tomorrow I'll be on my way to Boswells, (hopefully there). I haven't even packed any of my stuff :) Typical me to leave it to the last minute :). I still need all black joggers and a pe jacket, They are sooo strict and its really hard to find all the things you need! Fingers crossed I won't have pe on Thursday or Friday so I'll have chance to look somewhere for them.
Thankyou for reading my blog!!

And .... last but not least MEEEEE, in my baddow uniform :) :) :) Smart huh ? before the picture was taken, I was moving about coz the top button was killing me!! and by the way I have to wear a clip on tie!! I don't really mind wearing one cos it's so simple, first you do all the buttons up and just clip on the tie! Simples! ..... Thanks for reading and GOODBYE!!!

A Teacher's Life. First in, last out My day is long The children shout: "That's MY pencil!" "That's MY chair!" "Teacher, teacher...that's not fair!" Lunchtime bell but where's the line? "Unless you're silent, NO DINNERTIME!" Children gone, there's peace at last! So much to get ready Better eat fast Afternoon comes so much to do Change for PE "Hey, where's my shoe?" Nearly hometime, no time to be slow Letters and lunchboxes ready to go Off to their parents and home for some fun Not me though. I'm stuck here in the classroom all on my own. SSsshhh! |

![]() Dear Mr. Kyriacou, Thank you for the book token you gave me for coming to school every day. Igot FLAT STANLEY. It is a fun story. |

![]() This captured my imagination as I walked along the beach this evening. The video doesn't quite show the colourful patterns created by different grains of sand strewn across the beach by the wind. It's not called the Wild Coast for nothing! |
|||
![]() As I've been travelling around South Africa, I've seen some brilliant sights. The Addo Elephant National Park has been a particular highlight. See some of the photos below... What facts do you know about these animals? Post them up here! We've also stayed in some special places too, some with Coastal views overlooking the wild beaches on the East Coast. One of the places we stayed was rather quaint and was 'dressed' as if set in the 1960s. Very bizarre but interesting nevertheless and was run by very friendly people. In the garden I stumbled across this weather station. I love it's simplicity.
Could you make your own weather station using a similar idea? Could you make a scientific weather station which measures rainfall perhaps? Or perhaps a weather vane which shows wind direction? Hope you are enjoying your holiday whatever you are doing. |

![]() HAND IN HAND BY ERIN L When we were young, there were memories of all the times that we were hand in hand. We were stronger, together and hand in hand, young or old it doesn't matter we're there for each other! I met you and we became best friends, I stayed next to you, you stayed next to me. My family tried to pull me away ay ay ay, but I ignored them I went on but the leavers assembly started! I didn't wanna say goodbye, but it was a miracle they showed us the pictures of us hand in hand. They let us stay together, hand in hand of course! I never knew that there was always happily ever afters! CHORUS All around the world we should live forever, hand in hand. I was stuck in the dark corner, Sophie you found me. I love you Sophie, my friendship is burning hot, Sophie! I really want you back, people were bullying you Sophie, I didn't want it to happen. I do want you back more than anything else., CHORUS Hand in hand, hand in hand, hand in hand. The Crystal God shines upon us, it was a story from Once upon a time to The End. We fought through all of this, we made it Sophie! We made it girl! I love you Sophie, you really were friend, hand in hand with me. For the Year 6's |

![]() Year 6, you have come through primary school. You've discovered many things in Kings Road, but now, you're really ready for it! For high school, I, Mr Furness, Mr Kyriacou, the teachers, the governors and all the children know you can make it there, High School! All the years came through so quickly, like Mr Kyriacou and Mr Furness say you're really grown up role models! I have to be honest, you know I cried in assembly, well half of it was proudness and happiness to see you're being set free but most of it was sadness! Kings Road will really miss you! I know that for sure because I'm crying now! It is really nice for your teachers to see your SO grown up, but I bet they all went home crying! Year 6, it's extremely hard for me to tell you my emotions, you know that feeling where it builds up inside your body and you can't describe your emotions? It's happened to me, Year 6, we now you're ready for Year 7! Try your best and that's all that matters, Kings Road will be thinking of you! Erin L xxxxxxxxxx |

![]() Dear Year 6's I guess that now nothing shall be the same! We are all very sad about you leaving. Most people in CN6 (my class) were very upset! The leavers assembly was worth it for 2 hours! The corigraphy was incredible! I'm counting down the years until I leave! I cried when you did the last song! I'll always treasure my memory of the Year 6's! Can I just say Brooke J and the sunglasses guy (I apoligise that I don't know your name!) But yes I think you put a big effort of having to go up and down! You'll need a good rest Year 6's!!! Later on I think you'll be having the future in High School waiting at your door! All our love KRPS A Poem Tick tock went the clock Where did they year go? I have a fear of the next year! As a tear smears my T-shirt! No more dirt at High School I don't want to be a fool So I'll try my best Even if there is a test! Thank you Year 6's you are going to be treasured in our hearts forever Erin L XXXXXXXX |
